Ai2.0, is it possible to transform China from a big manufacturing country into a manufacturing power? Is "ai2.0+ manufacturing" the trend of development in the future, or is it just a gimmick? The author of this paper has discussed it.
This article is from manufacturing reference.
Manufacturing is made, not always led.
Early last year, "Internet +" was once seen as a panacea. After a period of quarrel, practice and precipitation, the integration of "manufacturing + Internet" has just made a positive result. This seems to be just a reversal of the word order, but behind it are interest groups with different roles fighting for the right to speak.
And this year, with "appearing in the government's report," ai2.0+ manufacturing "will be seen again in the rivers and lakes. This is 2025 of China's manufacturing, I am afraid it is an involuntary shaking.
"Intelligent manufacturing" itself has been completely alienated by public opinion. Attributive "intelligence" two characters, strangely become the biggest protagonist and fun, and "manufacturing" itself becomes a supporting role.
In this case, the introduction of "ai2.0" only encourages the already heated "intelligence".
Is it called "artificial intelligence manufacturing"? Let "manufacturing" simply become "third roles" directly.
Ai2.0, is it really capable of leading smart manufacturing?
Even Watson, IBM, is now facing a lot of problems. Watson is working with SIEMENS in supporting the industry. Only to play with the algorithm is not to understand the industry. We always like to use Google's alphago example to illustrate how fast AI can run, but how much it has to do with manufacturing. We hardly have any examples of how alphago has made progress in the industry. It's white. It's just a show.
For manufacturing, robots and big data are bubbles that are blown and floating; artificial intelligence is taking off entirely. If these bubbles come from the market and the investors, the government is happy to see it; however, if the government spends too much thought on this kind of technology, intelligent manufacturing is bound to go astray, and this "intelligent" overheating manufacturing will be a tragedy of the manufacturing industry.
Why does manufacturing need to be led by ICT?
Manufacturing is manufacturing, it is itself. There is no need to use a variety of vanguard flags to confuse.
Robot + manufacturing has also become the mainstream of our smart manufacturing, "" the "" "" the slogan of the first two years, but is now rapidly becoming unpleasant to be mentioned by no one. Robots can't lead manufacturing, but we need to look at our national conditions.
After the launch of Japan's National Strategy for Robots in January 2015, Japan is determined to integrate robots closely with the Internet of Things and Japanese manufacturing. That's why, Japan has been one of the world's top ranking robot powers, with its own advantages to push the boat, and Chinese robots are now unable to break through the three key parts of the robot. Finally, it will be reduced to "China is the biggest market for robots".
At the China robotics summit in Yuyao, Zhejiang, last week, Kevin Kelly, an American prophet in China's frantic reaping fee, gave us a reminding to the side. On the existing basis, he argues, the first area of artificial intelligence technology that affects the field should be the financial sector, and the impact has already begun; the other is the retail industry.
Perhaps Kevin Kelly did not understand manufacturing, but he should not have seen such signs in the US.
Bending down to create rather than tilting the toe to engage in "intelligence" is a problem that industry needs to face up to now. Don't do the big thing of "no surprise swear" any more, but sink and make some breakthroughs that "the cold window has been unknown for ten years".
Intelligent manufacturing of overheating
Intelligent manufacturing is overheating, and is evolving into a non market driven profit seeking behavior. In this respect, a variety of goals have been integrated into different aspirations, with the addition of new elements, easy understanding, easy to say "level", and the need for demonstration projects and leadership inspection.
The important thing is that intelligent manufacturing has become the main public opinion and main focus of "China made 2025". It will be very bad for the development of 2025, whether it is capital investment, all levels of government words and actions or policy research institutions.
The smart manufacturing regulator is too high for China's industry to be extremely unbalanced. China's industry is a super melting pot, where raw and cooked rice are very different from each other, and thousands of layers of cake crisp phenomenon everywhere. The common problem is the indifference of industrial ideology, the weakness of the four base project and the poor manufacturing process.
The foundation of China's industry to be truly "powerful"
The turbocharger industrial zone at the foot of Phoenix Mountain shows the vitality of the dragon tiger. Many enterprises have made technological transformation, technological improvement and horizontal cooperation. Two of them can see the shadow of the "invisible champion" in Germany.
However, in terms of "intelligent manufacturing", it is almost "motionless". Taking production mode as an example, the problem of equipment numerical control has been basically solved, but automation is at the stage of coming. And information is hardly nurtured, and data analysis is missing. As for industrial thinking
